Return Process

  Log into your Zeraki Jewels account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
